Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

  • Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging to be eligible for return.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Books showing signs of use
  • Opened media (CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, vinyl records)
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
